Role Overview:
Join us in a flexible, hybrid role where you can blend in-office sessions with telehealth. This position is ideal for clinicians who want the autonomy to build a caseload while being part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Work Setting: Hybrid (In-office at Peak Wellness Collective + Telehealth)
Schedule: Up to 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling
Compensation:
Individual Sessions: $50–$60 per session
Administrative Time: $15/hour (up to 4 hours/week)
Group Therapy: 60% of fees collected for solo-led groups; 30% for co-led groups
Benefits: PTO, Health Insurance, 401(k), and $250/year toward CEUs/Training
2. Child & Family Therapist – In-Office
Role Overview:
We are seeking a specialist in child and family dynamics to provide in-office therapy within our holistic wellness center. This role is perfect for clinicians passionate about supporting the developmental and emotional needs of children and families in a nurturing, integrated environment.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate
Licensure: Active, independent clinical license in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent).

Experience:
Position 1: Experience with individual and group therapy across diverse populations.
Position 2: Specialized experience in child and family therapy (play therapy, family systems, etc.).
Collaboration: Willingness to engage with other wellness providers to support client goals.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a flexible, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, culturally competent, and holistic therapy to individuals, children, or families.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical standards.
Collaborate with the Peak Wellness Collective team to refer and coordinate care when appropriate.
Utilize the CEU stipend to stay current with emerging holistic and clinical practices.
